Here's what some of our satisfied customers have to say.

Kenny has been walking my dog for several years now and is extremely dependable and knowledgeable about dogs.  He even is available for my occasional late requests for evening walks and feedings.  Kenny clearly loves his animals and my dog lights up when she sees Kenny!  I would highly recommend him to any dog parent new to the neighborhood! — Michelle L., Brooklyn Heights

Kenny Albert is very personable and very compassionate. He loves animals as if they were all his own. All of the animals love him as well. My dog Piper cannot wait to see him. Just the mention of his name excites her. I have always believed a dog is the best judge of a person’s character; their instincts reveal who is a really good person and who is not. In this regard, all of the dogs would give Kenny an A+.

Kenny is great at offering all kinds of advice. He can often pinpoint a medical problem that may require further investigation by a veterinarian. He is also very knowledgeable about homeopathic remedies for many common ailments. I highly recommend Kenny and know you will not be disappointed. — Betsy W., Brooklyn Heights

We have an anxious little rescue pup named Pickles, and we knew it would be a challenge getting her settled and acclimated to beepy, shouty, truck-filled city life. We wanted to keep her day stable with a consistent walker, and Kenny was recommended to us as a bit of a rescue specialist.

Kenny jumped right in, and from day one has been an amazing partner to us, and to Pickles. It's clear he's pulling right along with us every step of the way, and is as committed as we are to our pup's overall happiness. Honestly, after just a few months, I really can't imagine a better experience. — Max B., Boerum Hill

I cannot recommend Kenny Albert highly enough. He provided outstanding care to our two dogs—a greyhound and a Cavalier King Charles spaniel—from 2013 until 2016, when we moved out of state and sadly had to say goodbye to him. He is conscientious, responsible, responsive (always responds quickly to texts, emails, or phone calls), and cares so much about the dogs—really takes time to get to know them, their personalities and preferences, etc. He's experienced with all kinds of dogs and is a longtime Brooklyn Heights resident, so he knows the neighborhood and all the good walking routes like the back of his hand. I always felt 100 percent confident that our dogs were in excellent hands with him. We also had Kenny stay with the dogs at our apartment on numerous occasions when we went out of town, as well as boarded our dogs with him at his place, and it always worked out great. In addition to being amazing with dogs, Kenny is a stellar human being and a delight to know. He gets my unequivocal vote for best pet caregiver ever. — Jamie K., former Brooklyn Heights resident (and original customer!)
